Sunset picnic vibe - Enjoy the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as we soak in the stunning Cottesloe sunset

BYO picnic - Guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic snacks and drinks - alcohol is permitted*

*Only beer, wine, and pre-mixed drinks are permitted – no spirits or homemade mixtures.

*Plastic wine and drink glasses must be used – glassware is not allowed.

Other catering options - We'll also be running a simple BBQ with some snags, and there will be a food truck selling wood fired pizzas as well.

Picnic comfort - Bring along a picnic blanket and/or chair for comfort as you relax with family, friends and fellow supporters

🚮 Keep It Clean - Please help us leave the venue as we found it by disposing of all rubbish in the designated bins.

Formalities & Seating:

Keynote address - When the crowd hits its peak, our MC, Georgina Fraser, will invite you to leave your picnic setup and head into the designated area for the speeches. This will be at approximately 6:15pm.

Designated area for speeches - Please wait for the official invitation before entering the designated speech area.

Standing for speeches – As a rally event, some guests will be asked to stand during the speeches to help create a lively and inspiring atmosphere.

Chairs available – there will be a limited number of chairs in the speech arena; please leave these for guests who are unable to stand for the duration.
